Process - Construction

Finally, the last stage of every project is the evolution of the vision and plan into reality. Our construction team, techniques and equipment is second to none.
Our technology and superior equipment allow us the opportunity to complete the smallest of projects through to the most challenging and demanding sites. From the initial Environmental prereparation, through to planting and lighting, only the best and most exclusive materials and methods are employed to achieve the highest possible standards. All relevant council and other necessary approvals are coordinated in the contract.
Our dedicated professional Glorious Gardens teams can perform all construction work. We will take total project management control, or alternatively work a portion of the project - the decision is entirely yours.

Construction work can be staged over a period of weeks, months or years and can even be started prior to new house construction to facilitate difficult access.
All contracts include an exact commencement date and an estimated completion date to create a timeline for the work.

Process - Consultation

Stage one in our process is the initial consultation, where an on site meeting is arranged to discuss all your ideas, concepts and requirements with one of our qualified designers. We will present a full portfolio in this consultation, which contains a broad range of designs and styles that we have produced. An impressive array of photographs from fully completed construction projects will be presented. We hope these images will help inspire and stimulate your imagination and portray the level of excellence we firmly adhere to at Glorious Gardens.

Our main objective during this first meeting with you is to listen and absorb as much information as possible from your ideas concerning the selected location. The designers will also offer numerous fresh and exciting concepts to maximize the beauty and efficiency of the area.

Once this communication process has concluded, you are under no obligation to continue to the design stage.
If you wish to proceed to the design phase of the program, an accurate design cost will be calculated depending on the size and complexity of the project.
A consultation fee is applied to all new clients.

Process - Design

Our design team initiates the commencement of your file immediately after this first consultation service. Another meeting is scheduled on site to take detailed measurements and photographs of the property and also to further discuss the finer details of the brief, developed in the initial consultation. After the necessary information has been collated and processed, the design phase will begin. When your design is near completion, a suitable time will be arranged for you to view the plan at our office.
Any alterations you may decide upon to further improve your design shall be implemented at this stage. When the design is finalised, a 1:50 scale laminated digital colour plan will be provided.

For the ultimate in visualisation, our optional virtual design ser- vice can offer 3D virtual reality walk throughs, animations, sun and shadow studies, lighting effects and VR panoramas.

Process - Quote

The third stage is preparing a comprehensive written quotation of the exact cost of building and implementing the development. A very unique aspect of our quotation system is the itemisation and documentation of each individual cost element detailed in the plans. In addition to this, separate cost options on the main specifications are added to the schedule, further supplementing the already flexible process.

The final section of the quotation is numbered with a clear and concise summary table that allows you to easily select segments of the project. From this you will easily calculate the total cost of the project. This also gives you flexibility to separate the project into carefully considered stages. This allows you to consider the construction at specific time intervals. The final design and quotation will be presented to you in the comfort of your own home or in our boardroom.
